- Jazz Band performs as the pep band for the Skyforce game on Thursday

A quick reminder: Whittier's Show Choir, Special Edition, has their first competition TONIGHT, Friday, January 26th at Roosevelt HS. Special Edition is scheduled to perform around 6:20pm but plan to arrive early!
Whittier Ski Club started up this week! ⛷️ For the next few weeks, students in the club will travel once a week to Great Bear Ski Valley to learn to ski. 'Tis the ski-son! 🎿 #WhittierInTheWild
The Whittier Očéti Šakówiŋ Owáuŋspe (OSO) class continues their mentorship at Terry Redlin Elementary. 6th graders played Hand Games with elementary students and later traveled to Lincoln HS to teach how to play the the traditional games. #WhittierInTheWild #HelpingHands

Seventh grade had a great day of learning about different cultural traditions from around the world. One of the activities involved carving radishes. This tradition comes from Mexico and is called “The Night of the Radishes”, Noche de Rábanos. #CreativityInTheClassroom
