Congrats to Whittier 8th Grade Boys Basketball Student-Athletes on their highly competitive games last night against the Tea Area Titans! The Whittier 8th Grade Boys Basketball Student-Athletes represented themselves and the Whittier Community proud! A special congratulations goes out to the Whittier 8th Grade "A" Team as they won their game by a score of 63-59!

Ms. Miller's and Mrs. Kastens' 7th grade science classes had a service-learning day in December!
Students had the choice of four service projects: Decorating placemats for the Banquet, making cards for local firefighters, making cards for US service members in Germany , or braiding toys for animals at the Sioux Falls Humane Society
Students were so excited that the toys were delivered to the Sioux Falls Humane Society this weekend!

Friday, January 23, 2026, will be a Remote Learning Day in the Sioux Falls School District!
iPads and Chromebooks were sent home with each student earlier today. We will not have in-person learning in the schools, but students are expected to connect to their Canvas account from home for assignments and learning resources. They have practiced this at school and know what is expected of them.

Here's some information about our upcoming musical. Students will be performing Annie Jr.! Tickets for the public are sold the day of the performance on a first come, first serve basis. Students can buy tickets ahead of time for $5 during lunch on January 22nd, 23rd, 26th, and 28th. We look forward to seeing you there!
