Sioux Falls School District is transitioning to a new, cashless ticketing system to streamline the process of attending events, such as fine arts performances and athletics games. With digital tickets and card readers at the gate, getting into games and events will be easier and more convenient than ever. Tickets will be available in advance for all SFSD events, and purchases at the gate will be debit/credit card only.

Can you spell EXCITEMENT? Today we have three fantastic students representing Whittier at the Scripps Regional Spelling Bee here in Sioux Falls. They participate in a written test and an oral spell down for a chance to move on to the next round. Good Luck and Go Wolverines!
It's SHOWTIME! Tonight and tomorrow night WMS Students will be performing selections from Disney's Aladdin on the Whittier Auditorium Stage! Doors open at 6:30 PM; show begins at 7:00. Tickets are available at the door: $5 adult/$3 student.
Due to the snow and increasing winds forecasted, we are cancelling all afterschool and evening activities to allow our students to get home while it is still light out. The Whittier Track & Field Team will have a Track Meet tomorrow (Tuesday, April 26th) at Howard Wood Field.
The Whittier Orchestra concert is this Thursday! Come out to hear a great concert with a little bit of everything from Beethoven to Green Day! Select Strings, Sonic and 6th grade perform at 6:30 in the gym and 7th and 8th grade perform at 7:30 in the auditorium. Everyone is invited!
The Whittier Field Meet today has been canceled. There will be no Track & Field practice today! Track & Field practice will continue Wednesday, April 20th after school. Practice will start at 4:00 P.M. and conclude by 5:15 P.M. Rides need to be to Whittier by 5:30 P.M.
